The walk-through
Marco walks your bathroom first and takes the measurements himself. He looks at what you have, listens to what isn't working, and tells you straight what's possible in that room and what isn't. No sales rep, no subcontractor — the owner.

Scope and price
We write the work down line by line and put a real number next to it. You see what's included before anything is torn out. If something in your bathroom is going to be a problem — a drain in the wrong place, soft framing behind the tile — you hear about it now, not halfway through.

Design and selections
Together we settle the layout, the tile, the vanity and countertop, the fixtures, and the finishes. We line up materials before demo starts, because a bathroom sitting open waiting on a tile order is a bathroom you can't use.

Demo, rough-in, and waterproofing
Out comes the old bathroom. Then the work nobody sees and everything depends on — framing, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and the waterproofing behind the tile. This is the step that decides whether the room is still sound in ten years, so it is not the step to rush.

Tile, finishes, and final walkthrough
Tile set and grouted, shower glass fitted, vanity and countertop in, fixtures, lighting, trim, and paint. Then we walk the finished bathroom with you, fix whatever's on your list, and clean up. We don't call it done until you do.
Materials and Finish Levels
The finish level you pick is the single biggest lever on the price. Here's what each one actually gets you.
Refresh level
Stock vanity with a solid-surface or entry-level stone top, vinyl plank or basic tile flooring, a straightforward tiled shower surround, and updated lighting and fixtures. The right call when the layout already works and the room just needs to stop looking dated.
Mid-range
A fully tiled shower or a tub-to-shower conversion, tile flooring, a vanity with a quartz or granite top, a new toilet, upgraded fixtures and lighting, and a properly sized exhaust fan. This is where most of our bathrooms land.
Custom
Custom tile with a bench and niches, frameless shower glass, a soaking tub, a double vanity built to the wall, heated floors, and the layout changes that move plumbing and electrical to where the room actually needs them.
We'll show you what each level looks like in your bathroom and what it does to your number — then you pick. Mixing levels is normal and usually the smart move: put the money into the shower, the tile, and the waterproofing you'll never see again, and hold the line on the things you can swap out in ten minutes.
